Ntombi Rikhotso holds an LLB (Wits), an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology (UJ) and has completed a Commercial Law Training Program as part of a joint initiative between the Law Society of South Africa, Irish Aid and the Irish Rule of Law International. She attended the London Business School (South Africa, Sandton) and served an internship at the prominent firm of Eversheds in Dublin.

Ntombi practiced at law firms both locally and internationally before becoming the founder and Senior Partner of Mngadi Attorneys Inc.

Her extensive experience in commercial law, corporate governance and litigation both in Europe and South Africa places her among the leading legal and entrepreneurial practitioners in this field.

Ntombi’s incisive intellect, analytical thinking and strategic approach to legal challenges is tempered with care, compassion and a strong Christian faith.
